A wonderful necklace created by master jeweler Holly Masterson.
A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, Holly
Masterson’s work over the years has encompassed graphics,
film, interior design, space planning and architecture.
Today, Holly calls the Southwest home and each piece of
Holly’s jewelry is handmade in her Studio. After an intensive
study in silversmithing, Holly developed a unique style
referred to as “ancient contemporary,” where she combines
methods of primitive casting and finishing with contemporary handcraft techniques.
For many years, Holly traveled the world over. While doing
so, she collected precious beads and artifacts from her
adventures which serve as the basis of her designs today.
Being a collector of ancient artifacts, she carefully assembles
her unique treasures and imbues them with artisanal
handcrafted silver. Every piece is a one-of-a-kind and bestows a sense of worldwide connectivity to the wearer.
