We bought this piece directly from a Shona a N'anga ( also know as a Nyanga, or diviner, or shaman) He had it tied on his upper arm, and it incorporates the horn of a duiker antelope, which was a receptacle for muti, or medicine. 11" x 4" X depth of .75"
