Worn attached to a headdress, as part of traditional ethnic Amazigh (Berber) costume in the Atlas mountains..
The hoops carried multiple pendants and hung from the temple in front of the ears.
Berbers are the indigenous ethnic group of North Africa.
Approximately 2 ¼" x just over 2" wide.
