The first 49 pages decribes the collection itself and various aspects of African art represented in the collection. Each of the 70+ pieces in the catlogue portion of the book is accompanied by a detailed description; these are mostly masks and figures, but there are also Ethiopian crosses and religious panels.
Published in conjunction with a traveling exhibition of African art from the collection of Richard Faletti originally held at the Phoenix Art Museum December 13, 1997 - February 8, 1998.
