This specific drawer pull is inspired by the Luba people's female 'Kiwebe'
mask. The 'Kifwebe' masks were worn during initiation or funeral rites &
danced during rites associated with the moon to purify the community
of evil danger. Also, the genders are represented in the opposition of the
wilderness (male), & village (female).
