These are sculptural iron pieces from the Kirdi people of Cameroon. Each pod like iron cache sexe/currency pendant is handcrafted and different, with individual pod like forms.
Used and oxidized patina, and in good condition with tribally used wear.
The elements from a Kirdi necklace or pubic apron are likely 19th century or early 20th century.
Ideal for jewelry making.
